Through Timmi Timesheet, you can generate activity reports in PDF format and share them with third parties, such as your clients, with a single click. You can then integrate Timmi Timesheet with a scheduling management solution via PeopleSpheres to automatically disseminate new deadlines in your employees’ Google or Outlook calendars and check their availability or absence.
Timmi Timesheet allows your managers to automatically stay informed of any abnormal situations related to your employees’ working hours, such as overtime, tardiness, or night work. Conversely, when no overtime is reported and no anomalies are notified, the system automatically validates the time sheet. In case of delays, employees are reminded to prevent any issues in time sheet processing.
Once the time sheets are validated, Timmi Timesheet proposes using the collected data with an integrated reporting module. Thus, the overtime hours of the month are clearly visible, and issues related to rejected time sheets are more easily identifiable.
