Integrate your ESDB software
France is one of the countries considered as a leading promoter of CSR regulations. If you have employees in France, we are able to support Economic and Social Database (ESDB) reporting requirements a.k.a. base de données économiques et sociales (BDES) in French. U.S. multinationals need to stay up-to-date and compliant with regulations anywhere they do business. This includes corporate social responsibility requirements. Just because they are subject to more international regulations, doesn’t mean managing them should be more difficult. Simply add ESDB software to your PeopleSpheres platform.

Take strategic data-driven decisions
Analyzing your data will allow you to better understand the organization of your company and optimize internal operations.
Save time creating reports
The software automatically generates your reports in different formats once the data has been collected (graphs, tables, etc.).
Control your data
Limited access and specific roles are assigned to access the data: authentication is required each time you log in.
Be compliant with regulations
The software is updated according to the current French regulations: you are assured that you are always in compliance with your legal obligations.
Worry no longer about French regulations
One of the requirements which are intended to address gender pay equity in France is the ESDB. The ESDB (economic and social database) regulations might seem complicated, but thanks to our ESDB module, you no longer need to worry about regulations. Our module helps you to prepare your 3 important mandatory consultations. Gather all company data to be communicated to staff representatives and make sure you comply with the regulations in place.
Keep control of your data
The interconnection of the various modules saves you time: the ESDB module retrieves your data entered into the other modules and the Core HR in order to pre-fill 60% of your data in the ESDB module. You can also add data directly by importing an Excel file. You can, however, add all the necessary and additional information manually if you prefer. Set the indicators as you see fit. The software allows you to benefit from 150 pre-calculated indicators such as age, seniority or other in order to better analyze the internal data of your company.
Save time when creating your reports
The ESDB module helps you to create your reports by automatically calculating your key legal indicators such as age, seniority, and number. So you can save time by automatically generating graphs from your data and avoid errors with software that scans your data before publishing it.
Protect your data
Our module guarantees the security and confidentiality of your data, which is fully protected thanks to a security protocol. Systematic and secure authentication further strengthens the privacy of your data. Create roles for each of your users and determine the periods (time, day) during which they can access the ESDB. Give visibility rights to only certain parts of your reports so as to ensure the privacy of your data.
Automate legal compliance
Create your economic and social reports while respecting current legislation. Thanks to our module, you are accompanied and automatically up-to-date with your legal obligations. All your processes are automated and centralized in a single database to manage your data better and access it easily.
What is the Economic and Social Database (ESDB)?
The Economic and Social Database (ESDB) reporting requirements will vary depending on the specific organization or institution that is responsible for maintaining and compiling the data. However, in general, ESDB reporting will typically include information on a wide range of economic and social indicators, such as GDP, unemployment rates, poverty rates, education levels, and healthcare access. This data may be collected from a variety of sources, including government agencies, private organizations, and surveys. Additionally, the ESDB may require that the data be reported in a specific format, such as Excel or a database, and that it be updated on a regular basis.
Who is required to provide ESDB?
Employers with at least 50 employees must provide the economic and social committee (CSE) or staff representatives with an economic, social and environmental database.
In the case of a company with multiple entities , the headcount is calculated at the overall level of the company, and not by entity.
What is ESDB used for?
- The strategic direction of the organization, as determined by those in charge of managing or overseeing the company
- Impact on operations, employment, skill and profession development, vocational training, work organization, and utilization of temporary contracts and internships
- The current economic and financial status of the company, as well as any changes to its legal structure
- The organization’s social policies regarding issues such as working conditions, health and safety, and accommodations for disabled employees.
