TeamsRH operates through Arkevia, a digital safe developed by Cegedim SRH, which allows for the reception and storage of documents in a highly secure space. The employer can thus reduce storage costs, guarantee the reliability of the various stored data, and minimize the chances of information or document loss. Arkevia, in addition to offering archiving for documents generated in TeamsRH, also allows you to archive any personal document. This safe constitutes a significant barrier against theft and loss. Regardless of the pay slips deposited on the platform, they all benefit from the same legal value as their paper equivalent.
Access your secure safe even after leaving the company. TeamsRH relies on thirty years of experience from Cegedim SRH in the field to provide you with optimized and secure document editing and distribution processes. Your personal data is kept confidential, and distribution costs are reduced at the same time. To help you remain compliant with regulations, especially regarding confidentiality, PeopleSpheres has several administrative management modules such as BDESE management modules, through which all legal imperatives are taken into account.

TeamsRH also includes Teams Digit, an electronic signature tool.
