Absence management

At any time, the employee has a view of their current and forecasted absence balances (annual leave, RTT, compensatory rest days, etc.) and can better manage their time according to their workdays. During request entry, personalized checks (sufficient balance, authorized period, etc.) can be activated. Once presence is collected, So’Horsys automatically calculates all your time management counters and variable elements (worked hours, overtime, etc.). This allows you to quickly use employee data present in So’Horsys to complete your payroll, by transferring the data via PeopleSpheres.

 

Schedule management

So’Horsys offers an adapted display mode: you decide which data to visualize and manipulate (schedules, absences, on-call duties, activities, comments, etc.) The HR management software can be supplemented with individual indicators and totals, calculated in real-time to help you make decisions (individual counters, annualization, equity, turnover, etc.) The schedule allows you to make individual or collective modifications quickly and simply using ergonomic tools (drag and drop, copy/paste, etc.). This way, you gain productivity in just a few clicks, and collective organization becomes natural. Each modification can be made while respecting your legal constraints and is customizable. You decide which checks to activate (compliance with maximum daily duration, rest time between two working days, etc.)
