Our Story

PeopleSpheres makes the artificial intelligence revolution accessible to all businesses by centralizing and interconnecting all HR data and actions on a single platform. To stay competitive, companies today must empower HR to co-pilot the business through data. That’s why the PeopleSpheres platform enables organizations of all sizes and industries to create a custom, modular, and scalable HRIS. By democratizing the benefits of the data economy, PeopleSpheres holds a strong ambition: to unlock growth potential for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since its launch in 2019, PeopleSpheres has been a pioneer in the data economy, helping over 350 clients embrace the AI revolution. Today, the platform is used in more than 50 countries by hundreds of thousands of users and is available in over 20 languages.

In 2021, PeopleSpheres raised €10 million to accelerate its growth. The company now has around 100 employees working across two offices in France (Montpellier, Paris) and one in Bulgaria (Sofia).
